Deceased Estate Property Transfers
Queensland Inheritance Services are experts in organising the transfer of property from Deceased Estates in Queensland.
Depending on the Estate Circumstances there are generally three (3) types of Property Transfers detailed as follows:
Transfer Property Title to the Executors
QIS can assist Executors to transfer the title of a Queensland Property into their names as Executors. A necessary step if Executors intend to sell any Deceased Estate Property. Real Estate Agents require Executors to enter into contract when selling property to a prospective buyer. It is important that Executors have first transfered property into their own names before attempting to sell property to a prospective buyer.
Transfer Property Title to the Beneficiaries
If a Beneficiary is entitled to a Queensland Property under a Will then QIS have the ability to organise the transfer of property directly to the Beneficiary. Whether a surviving spouse wishes a Property Title to be transferred into their sole name, or, a Beneficiary wishes to transfer a property into their own name QIS can organise direct transfers to Beneficiaries. Please contact us for information.
Beneficiaries buying/selling to other Beneficiaries
QIS have the ability to assist Executors with transferring property to beneficiaries or other family members. We can organise a contract (if required), the payment of stamp duty and transfer of property title with the Queensland Titles Office. Please contact us for more information.
